It will be interesting to see how he handles losing when he's doing a lot of it. And I mean a lot. Jacksonville lost 15 games this year. It took Meyer his last nine seasons to lose 15 games.

He ll have Sunchine at QB plus they at least 10 more draft picks next yr ..Urb can evaluate talent .Jags will be good in 2-3 yrs ...If his headaches dont cripple him Urb will win a Super bowl .Hes a better all - around coach than Nick Satan .Satan only good in college . Urb good in both
