I have an occult groin hernia that they haven't been able to find (covid helped), and I've been doing nothing but it and a little running for 14 or so months. Supplemented with it some years back but don't think I ever felt or looked near as good in the peak of my 20's. Diet helps, but it's been impressive. Somehow none of it negatively effects the hernia, to say it's been a blessing is underselling. Having it for this long wouldn't be bearable otherwise.
