Not really. I was talking about the ones that think she can't kick the ball farther than that or that she is incapable of kicking.

Who knows? She hasn't shown that she can or can not.
Which in my mind is the entire point. If all they wanted a kicker to do is get the ball to the 35, why not have a member of the team kick it out of bounds?

The reason people are upset is the lack of respect the University (Whether is twas the coach, administration or whoever) showed the rest of the team. The game should be focused on the team and not a girl that apparently cannon kick the ball.

I think she can't kick a football because if she could, why would they not have her kick the ball as far as she could? If it makes it to the 15 or the 20.....okay. But at least she would have done the job they got her to do, and it would have helped the team.

If they told her to squib it, then they did a disservice to her and to their football team.

It is hard to believe that Vandy didn't have one person on their roster than can kickoff using the old straight ahead version. Some person in that administration wanted a show. Any of their QB's is athletic enough to do what Little Missy did.
