Yes. I do remember that. We don't see eye to eye on much, but he was dead right on that.
quote:I understand that, but a really good coach doesn't let the fans wants dictate what happens. I'm not saying Mullen did that, because he doesn't seem to be the type. I suspect he has a mind of his own.
The point is many UF fans did not think Franks should’ve been replaced in the 2019 offseason. No one did.
quote:Franks was....confusing. He had all the talent in the world and he would flash it just often enough to make you think he was going to turn the corner. I get it from Mullen's viewpoint. It is very difficult to replace a talent like that, especially when he seems to be about ready to turn the corner.
Now after the Miami game... yeah a bunch of us on here were ticked off. Franks played good against UTM, then broke his ankle against UK and the rest is history.
Then, all of a sudden Franks seemed to forget all the progress he made.
Well, like you said, he got hurt and the rest is history. Trask has done a great job for you.
I apologize if I came off as trolling. it was not my intent. I have some strong opinions and sometimes I express them when I should stay quiet.
