No! They beat 2 ranked teams during their streak. And that's being nice, counting a 1994 OU team that went 6-6.
Only one of the 31 teams they beat finished ranked ('93 Louisville finished 24th).
A very unimpressive and empty streak. South Carolina's home win streak is far more impressive.

How about the 22-game streak from 1996-2000 when A&M beat:

#2 Nebraska
