My argument is that his incessant out-of-line personal attacks and attitude warrants his (at least temporary) banning and that his repeated flaunting and disregard for every subsequent warning he's been issued only to be given more warnings ( ) shows who is really in charge, here, and also lessens the value for others to participate here- which is fine, if that's how you want it.

I stated my observation. It's valid and it holds up to scrutiny. Be indignant if you'd like to be- I can't control that. The record speaks for itself and verifies my assessment. As Coach Saban would say, it is what it is. I really don't need to respond further.
