Yes it will kill the shite up if grass. You can Also wash it out to a low enough ppm that it doesn’t matter. When I was a golf course superintendent I had a guy spray an entire fairway with round up (which is essentially soap and salt and doesn’t cause cancer) by accident and I was able to wash it out with pretty much no damage just by running the irrigation for a couple hours. Also used to work in research that almost exclusively searching for varieties of grass that are tolerant of high salinity.
