As 808 said, and very few have, his assistants are bad.
Martin has no pitch because theres really nothing he can sell recruits on. PT isnt a pitch because there are 355 schools, kids can get PT at most of them. SEC is ranked as the 6th best conference currently, no one comes to games, and there is no talent to play along with.
