He does not currently have loss of value insurance, but his parents could certainly pay to add that option for 2020, which should pay him high first round money if he gets hurt again.

Those policies are difficult to collect on at least to the extent the player expects. Hard to prove how high you would have gone and thus hard to prove the amount of your loss. Plus at this point the underwriting on that kind of policy for Tua would be difficult in terms of both the premium as well as the value of the policy given that they would be placing the policy based on Tua’s current post hip injury state.
