Clark... dude, look at the timeframe and consider, if you will....

1. Nut was good, but not great. He couldn't recruit for crap and kept using the murphy state mafia for his assistant coaches pool.
2. He was texting his side squeeze during the Cap one bowl loss to .. .Yep, Bert.
3. He had an affair, while doing all of this as well which devastated his wife, family.
4. He flirted with every opening available to raise his pay constantly, even with the 2 year pass
5. He sicked his friends on college kids, Remember the "dear mr interception king" stuff.
6. he wouldn't get out of his own way. If he would have been just a tad bit less arrogant and let others help, he would still be at Arkansas. But, NOPE! "I called that play Chuck"!
7. I will never forget him having his team run up the middle 3 times in a row, when it wasn't working. Terrible

now, following this we had Petrino who was amazing for wins. Best football we had seen in years. Because of Nutt leaving we could finally see that we could improve with the right coach. We improved greatly.

Now the whole thing with this... is .. WITH THE RIGHT COACH.

I didn't give money for the banners, or anything... but it was past time for Nutt to leave. And I stand by it. Plain and simple. a #3 and #5 ranking, watching Petrino's team at Cowboy's Stadium and Sugar Bowl was worth it period for me. WPS
