I don't even know that the pick in the end zone was his own fault...the WR may have ran the route wrong and Trask threw it where he should have been?

It was a bad read, honestly, but I don't think it's his problem for another reason: When you have a QB who is in such a rhythm like he was, just methodically moving it down the field without problem. When you take him out of the game he gets cold, so when he comes back in the speed of everything is jacked up.

The speed of the route is off because he's running out late onto the field and has to accelerate his reads and playcall. It was just not a good situation for Trask or the rest of the team.

Trask is going to get better with more snaps. Pitts is a monster for us. The OL is bad but at times they do stalemate the pass rush and have given Trask a little more time to throw. The amazing thing is that he seems to know when he has a little more time than usual and will scan the field.

If he starts next year, he will have a sensational year. But Mullen just sort of needs to understand that he's the guy right now. Fans like him, he just gets work done and seems very humble.

His stoic behavior worries me, though. Feel like he's a serial killer with how calm he is.
