I mean there should probably be someone in the athletic department to check the dockets and make sure this doesn't happen. Or someone at the courthouse connected with UT to call the day before and make sure its taken care of. I guarantee you Bama and Saban know if a player has a court date the next day and make damn sure he's there or its taken care of and they don't even have to show.
