Legacy lawsuits are indeed an issue but they’re not what is causing the high auto insurance rates.
That is a combo of bad Prescriptive periods, direct action, and a poor population looking to get rich from a lawsuit brought about by irresponsible promises by trial attorneys who advertise incessantly on tv and billboards about getting paid!
All of these things need to be curtailed.
