with this attitude, whats it matter who the head coach is?

who is in charge of in game strategy is a pretty substantial topic/concern for fans. If you dont care, move along...

My own guess is:

Ensminger will call the plays.

Brady, in my opinion, is revamping the playbook, and modernizing (or adding in the Saints influence) into each play.

I suspect that Ensminger will have sheets of plays for inside runs, outside runs, play-action passes, screens, routes with double moves, etc. These sheets will be primarily crafted by Brady, but Ensminger will be the guy choosing each play.

It's like a racing team. Ensminger will remain the driver, but Brady is upgrading the car.
