Well, you added to your post. So, I would add that Golding has talked about his simplified, special packages for 2 preseasons now. If we find ourselves in the same unfortunate bend but don't break style that kept us on our heels last season, we are in trouble. Nothing is perfect against good HUNH spread teams, but sitting in the catcher's position with all of our talent and speed, speed, speed. I ain't buying that one.

Gotta coach up players to be 3-down players that are effective against run and pass. Against fast tempo offenses, you only get occasional opportunities to rotate guys to keep them from getting gassed.
