In his career at Mater Dei, Young threw for 13,250 yards and 152 touchdown passes while rushing for 26 of them. His senior year was one to remember. Young threw for a career-best 4,528 yards with 58 TD passes to just six interceptions and ran for 10 TDs. He left his mark on football in the Golden State for years to come.
