Microsoft and Bethesda shows are today. EA had an event yesterday
Any games you hope to see or are actually looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to Doom Eternal and I'm hoping we get some info about star field tonight.

Sadly, tv isn't an option for it anymore really
G4 used to show it but it's dead
Spike would sometimes show it, but spike is now paramount network so I don't think they'll show it
Last couple years I've just watched it on YouTube. The companies will typically have a stream, as will E3, and others. Twitch and periscope should have streams too

YongYea usually has some pretty decent streams for reveals and the like.
Did any of you actually watch it, then? Can't wait for Cyberpunk 2077.

Did not watch microsofts but plan on watching bugthesdas tonight. I may get cyber punk 2077 not sure yet

Microsofts was alright. Nothing amazing. Minecraft Diablo could be cool but kinda kiddy. A hype reel for the next console and you can stream games from your console to other devices. Game Pass both PC and Xbone looks like a tremendous deal. Halo 99 had a cool trailer but still no gameplay.
Bethseda Doom looked fantastic. Maybe Wolfenstein will be good. They had two games with trailers that looked interesting but the rest of that company can FOAD. Just a shite load of shovelware from the people who brought you Skyrim.

Backwards compatibility for every generation
I'm not going to pretend to be a tech nerd myself, but everything I've read from actual tech nerds say this and the PS5 will be a true generational leap, unlike the last one that was really more of an upgrade.
Also, of the 20+ upcoming titles the two I'm most excited about (other than Halo):
-Dragon Ball Z Kakarot
-Battletoads (finally
)

xCloud gaming
SSD for virtual RAM

Yeah, everything else looked like crap. But then most of what they showed were phone games and add ons for fallout 76
I'm planning on getting Doom at launch, which I don't do hardly ever. Haven't played New Colossus yet so I may pick it up on sale
Hopefully next year we get something about star field. I really think fallout 76 set Bethesda Maryland back a lot, as it sounded like they had to clean up Bethesda Austin's mess

And why would you want a game streaming service? There's more lag and you don't really own it. It just prevents piracy

For one it'll allow Microsoft to undercut the PS5 on price and sell the new console for cheap, because they'll be able to make up costs later on in subscriptions
Doesn't sound like lag will be much of an issue if they accomplish what they're saying, unless you internet issues

Last play station I had was the original. Xbox makes a good console, but disc drives seem to be an issue with them.
I've switched to pc, since it's more open ended and more powerful, plus more mods and games

Doubtful. By the time it comes out, there will be even more powerful pcs. Same thing happens every generation
It will be impressive to see if the next consoles do reach the stats they claim, because it will be a decent jump
