Nice job going and looking at the stuff before posting.
Oh so now you're faulting me for actually knowing what I'm talking about before posting? The horror

Again, multiple 13 hour days (something I doubt you've come close to). Good job.
Yet you seemingly have hours a day available for you to post on a message board

So the defense counsel was awful in their argument. My point still stands.
They weren't awful, it was just a losing argument from the start. Doesn't matter how good an attorney you are if you have no legal authority to support the relief you're seeking

I would love to see this go the distance to see how much power the NCAA has in their investigations.
You should know by now how much power the NCAA has in that regard (very little)

You clearly know how much I post, right? I've hardly posted in the last couple of months. You can go look if you're so interested.
I can't say the same for you.
Again, you have no idea what a 13 hour day is like.
The defense counsel was awful. That's my opinion.
I just said I want it to go the distance (Will Wade being show-caused over non-compliance with an investigation and suing the NCAA) to see the power that the NCAA has. I believe most people would want to see this. Sorry Will Wade would be the guinea pig in that scenario, but he did cheat.
Do you have more to say from your parent's basement? Are you struggling to find clients? I've said this before, if you are an attorney, Tennessee's bar must not be very hard.
