No shite the NCAA isn't above the law. I would love to see this go the distance to see how much power the NCAA has in their investigations.
The NCAA won't base their decision on hearsay, of course, but where there's smoke, there is fire.
Maybe you should represent Wade. That way he can get bad advice and defy the NCAA, violate further bylaws, and maybe LSU will get lack of instructional control slapped on them (I know it won't happen, but I dream since you guys are so defiant of your cheating coach).

They weren't awful, it was just a losing argument from the start. Doesn't matter how good an attorney you are if you have no legal authority to support the relief you're seeking
