I still think the prosecutors were awful in their arguments to try to get them in.

I think you mean defense counsel. The prosecutors kept the tapes out.

The NCAA will get those tapes if they want them.

The NCAA has tried more than once to get the tapes. the Motions they filed are readily available on the DOJ website

I think you should go brush up on the NCAA bylaws for investigations.

I'm very aware, but more than Will Wade has to consent to those tapes being released. The NCAA isn't above the law my man. If they were going to compel Wade to unilaterally consent to release those tapes, they would have done so long ago.

The NCAA may very well investigate LSU and may very well find something in that investigation if they dig long enough, but those tapes aren't going to be what brings LSU/Wade down.

Nice job going and looking at the stuff before posting. Again, multiple 13 hour days (something I doubt you've come close to). Good job.

So the defense counsel was awful in their argument. My point still stands.

No shite the NCAA isn't above the law. I would love to see this go the distance to see how much power the NCAA has in their investigations.

The NCAA won't base their decision on hearsay, of course, but where there's smoke, there is fire.

Maybe you should represent Wade. That way he can get bad advice and defy the NCAA, violate further bylaws, and maybe LSU will get lack of instructional control slapped on them (I know it won't happen, but I dream since you guys are so defiant of your cheating coach).
