All I know is Richt did it the right way and believed in God. He also believed in Soulja Boy Crank That arse dances, orchestrated by him, on the sidelines by his players. Apparently God told him it was okay to have his players simulate masturbating onto a woman's back and Super Man that hoe.

He also believed in organizing team fights during the games, where he instructed his whole team to leave the bench to fight, to gain some type of emotional advantage.

But, he cared and did it the right way.
