Alabama-Birmingham has the best medical center in the entire southeast. Shits on anything in the state of Louisiana.

Um, no. Rankings depend on specialties, but generally, Emory, Shands, Anderson, Oschner, Moffitt, Mayo (JAX), Vandy all are ranked higher by medical association standards. UAB is a good one worthy of being in the same list, but not better.
