ZACCH PICKENS
Kid is instinctual, strong and fast off the line...everything you want from a DE...but he projects as a DT which makes him so much more dangerous. He was revered as the best prospect in the nation by a few in our mock draft(includes Dawgs, LSU Tigers, Auburn Tigers, A Michigan fan,and a Washington fan), so we got a big time kid.
He is so damn strong i think he relies too much on strength too much, once he leans how to use his hands he will be a pass rusher that every OL coach in the nation and ever QB fears. He also reads the play so well that he knows when the OL is going to release him and the hole the RB is going to due to his time playing RB in high school that is plugging it as well.
Review: Zacch is IMO a top 10 guy in this class, im not being a homer, according to some he is a top 5 top guy, i tend to keep him as a around 8 or 9, but either way we have ourselves a really good guy, someone who can be an elite pass rusher from the interior or a run stopper off the edge...he is that versatile. Also, in a pinch in a goalline situation he can run it in...Hand it to him for a needed td, 2pt, or a short yardage situation.

Thanks for these Mike! those were great. We only really hear about players strengths, not weaknesses. Also I was wondering about how much of Ryan's in game play was Kyle Ford, and how much was him. Two gamechangers for sure though.
