RYAN HILINSKI
He is a prototypical pocket passer, kid can make all the throws. He throws the back shoulder on an out better than some pros, what he lacks in is pocket awareness....when the pocket collapeses he panicks due to his lack of speed.
Projection" Kid likely wont break records due to Jake just setting them so high, but i do beleive he will be our most favorite son as a leader and as a person, if that makes sense, this kid has it all....he can make all the throws. if the Line gives him time, and i do believe the line in front of him (will get there) will do that.
Ryan does have a great release though on his film. I do feel he relied a ton on Kyle Ford (IMO the best WR in this class). I did watch a few games of Ryans without Kyle and he looked lost for a while but got back into a rhythm. Also Ryan has to learn the art of the play action, to survive in the SEC.
All in all Ryan is a stud and will be a great QB IF the OL can block enough to sell a play action.
