Absolutely. That's my entire point. Mike Williams wasn't a mismatch. If you want a mismatch in the running game then why not put an extra tackle out there (which we've done plenty btw with Brandon Greene in the past)

If you want a mismatch in the passing game then it benefits having a guy that's too fast for the linebacker and too big for the safety at TE. Football at the highest level is a mismatch game now as much as anything. It's damn near solely responsible for getting us beat last january. Clemson didn't have some great scheme, they just kept throwing the ball at our weakest player and their guy was a lot better than our guy. LSU has rode mismatches into the playoffs. Watch burrow's shots downfield. They don't fall into a bucket like Tua's, but he gives guys like Chase and Marshall a chance to make a play on the ball when they're covered well and they usually do. Jefferson runs underneath against linebackers. It's just conceptual football. This guy is better than that guy.

I should notate that's only half the battle. The other half is understanding what the defense is doing before and after the snap so that you understand where the best mismatch is
