Yes, they would have done a soil sample when they died. There more cameras in the two block area then most large cities. Then there is always the redneck equation. He would have stroked out if he couldn't tell his fellow rednecks what he had done. It was the major accomplishment of his life, that includes his two children.

They would have done a soil sample but it’s is HIGHLY unlikely they would have been able to pin it on Spike 80. I never saw any footage released of Harvey doing the poisoning so I have my doubts that it exists.
