The Citadel wasn't an option team when they were scheduled I don't think.

No they were not.

Let's face it, Bama's D was not the typical Bama D this year. Problem was that they showed out against LSU and played well against the rest of the schedule. Everyone just thought that they had be loafing during the early weeks; but they showed that wasn't true. (The D started the CFB games lights out; but, faultered soon after.)

Coaching needs - Linebacker performance was extremely subpar all year (I know, forget the injuries....still terrible - Especially ILB...mostly LOST rest of the time unsure, unclear and both M&W in the same spot trying to cover the same player)

Having just recruited probably the best class ever, there is a need to shore up the D (esp LB's) and replace the Dline...

Lots of rumors about coaches leaving and I understand the angst everyone is feeling having just witnessed the worse beatdown in 11-12 years.... but, let's not lose faith in the creater of one of the most successful and feared dynasties in Football history (JMHO).

Immediate need to replace Locks and do a true self evaluation of the rest... maybe provide some much needed help with knowing/understanding the Bama Process

I believe in the coming week(s) we will see the real story on how one Nick Saban feels about the year that just ended (staff performance)

“When you play against good people, that’s when you focus your concentration. Your sense of urgency to be disciplined in your execution all become more critical. Sometimes you get away with doing things not quite right against lesser competition, but when you play against real good people that’s when it shows up.” – Nick Saban

“Great leaders do not rush to make changes because of failure.” Nick Saban
