Oklahoma did not make the playoffs in 2014 or 2016 and you got your brains beat out of you in 2015, so no. You are not perennial contenders.

One of these days BDF teams are going to remember the old adage
"Defense wins championships".
Until they do, they will continue to make the playoffs with a pity vote due to politics, and then make a quick exit without winning a game.
