Nobody in college football tackles as well as they used to. Everybody is arm tackling and slinging ball carriers to the ground for fear of being called for targeting. Wrapping up and driving through the player will get you ejected.

College and pro. Tackling is terrible on all evels now because of the helmet rule. Backs and receivers just shrug off all these arm tackles.
