I don’t see why they can’t just put Fields in every time we get in the red zone 
But seriously 20-30% of the game seems reasonable to someone who’s still trying to get a hold on the playbook.

Did fields play more than that one red zone first down? I thought I saw him in the third at one point.

That is all well and good against Mizzou and South Carolina, but it won't suffice against LSU, Bama, or Auburn. It also means Fields will simply transfer.
