Hey dumbass I know what the Ayers decision was about. Yes the state of Mississippi capitulated into an agreement with the Federal Government because they knew the outcome. They lowered the standards to meet the hbu very low standards. Get a Clue pal.

Interesting that someone who appears to lack the ability to (a) understand the difference between a settlement and a court ruling and (b) read the settlement would call someone else a dumbass.

I can also assure you I've got more than a clue. I have these little things called facts that you should probably check into. Using them would help you not look so bad to the rest of the world.

Mississippi first set a uniform admission standard for all their public universities in 1996 and those appear to be the same admissions standards in place today - 2.5 GPA & ACT of 16 or 2.0 GPA and ACT of 18 (HBCUs objected saying that the standard was too high).

Ayers was settled in 2001 - FIVE FRICKING YEARS after the admissions change. Your assertion that Ayers mandated admissions requirement changes is exactly what I called it earlier in the thread - a complete and total lie.
