He isn't and never will be. IMO
He has all "The tools", but doesn't have the composure or toughness. I also don't think he has the leadership skills or fire in his gut. He is a solid QB though, that we should be able to win with.
I have watched Bo Nix numerous times and I will tell you that kid has fire in his gut to go along with the talent. We shall see, if he is good enough on the college level, but he won't fail due to these things.

I'm loving this Stidham bashing, white boy pocket passer (don't care that he's listed as dual threat because he's not), being made to run an RPO, and y'all think he's underwhelming. 
He could throw for 400 yards a game if the scheme was tailored to him.
