I would say he considers an NFL QB someone who has received a paycheck from an NFL team to fill a role designated for a QB.

I'd say UGA has done it about as well then. From 1998-present we've had 10 different QBs start the majority of the games in a season.
Five of those were drafted.
Fromm and Eason likely will be.
