great, and in his last 6 years in Lubbock, he averaged 4 losses a season. He went 1-5 against Texas.

Texas Tech is in Lubbock. They last outright conference title they won was when they were a member of the Border Conference in 1955. Did you know that Texas Tech was in the Border Conference in 1955?

In the early 2000s, the Big 12 South was the best division in college football. Better than the SEC West. Better than the SEC East.
