Maybe let him have more than one successful season before crowning UGA. Richt had equally impressive seasons as Kirby did last year in 2002, 2007, and 2012. Y'all lost a lot of really good players from last year's team. It wouldn't be entirely shocking to see UGA take a step back this year.
One big difference, Kirby didn't screw around with terrible teams last year. Richt barely beat Clemson and SC to start the year. Clemson wasn't even top 25 and SC didn't even get a bowl game.
