Missippi has never had the most players in the NFL in raw numbers.

Missippi once lead per capita, but so has Alabama, Louisiana, and South Carolina.

All the Deep South states with certain demographics are going to be hovering around the top of most players per capita.

Saints played Dallas in a preseason game in Jackson Miss.

Tony Romo played. Lot of talk about him taking the starting job.
