But you gotta figure the stadium, tradition, coach of the year honors, and the magical omaha run will at least let him be competitive as a recruiter. And he'd probably be like a 4-6 year and retire guy anyway. But, I know how it feels to be the under-dog school and be about to get a big name coach only to have the rug pulled out from under you.
And it looks like most are not very happy
This has to be the most PAINFUL coach of the year ever for a fanbase. They don't want it!
"Hey, State, Hendo won coach of the year!"
