Everyone likes to crap on Starkville. I usually let it slide because it's just ignorance, because they don't know any better.




Not to mention, McDonnell grew up in a small town in NY and coached at Ole Miss for 5 years before getting the job at Louisville. I don't think the small town vs big town thing is all that important to him. And when you're talking about major programs, where they are generally doesn't matter. You think Nick Saban cared he was going to be in Tuscaloosa? The program itself matters a whole lot more than where it is.
