Does anyone know when the GWCC opens?

Not the fanfare or anything just the building (GWCC = Georgia World Congress Center) itself. As a student I have to pickup my tickets from in there on gameday, and we're trying to decide how early we could get inside to wait. There aren't hours listed on Google, so is it open 24 hours?

There is an event at 10am so you can plan on at least that early.
