Head to head match up - Fromm completed higher percentage of passes and made no mistakes. Mayfield choked and threw an INT that gave GA its first lead.
Can this team rest on Fromm's shoulders when it needs to? Yes, yes it can and the WR are only going to get better next year.

..and I might add Fromm did that against a defense that was designed to stop the pass as we heard all December that GA was not ready for the Big 12 passing attack.
Mayfield threw that critical INT against "apparently" a much weaker pass defense.
..again Fromm > Mayfield.

Fromm was cool all night.
I was high on Eason last season and was looking forward to the progress he made this year, but I can't image what we would have done with Eason at the helm this year. Fromm has been money all season and even when he wasn't throwing the ball, he was identifying the defensive formations and moving our guys around to help our running game. I hate to say it but that injury to Eason was a blessing in disguise.
