I mean the refs were shitty but the Saints were still the better team in both games.

Really? The Saints had their worst offensive performance in the year in week 14.
That game should have been close even with balanced officiating.
This one probably should have been about a seven point Saints with balanced officiating.
Saints are the better team, but a split is a perfectly reasonably outcome.
