Funny how you remember "team vote" but forget that in 2012 the team voted to suspend their best offensive player (Jeremy Hill) for 2 games and in 2011 they voted to suspend their starting QB (Jordan Jefferson) for 4 games.

Well in his defense the Jordan Jefferson vote had more to do with the fact he was the second best QB on the team and Les was too stubborn to bench him.
