I get it. I wouldn't want to hire him either, but that's not the point.

If it was a coach like say Chris Petersen there would have been a whole lot of Vol fans having to learn how spell hearsay and you know it.

It is an issue, but it's only an issue to Vol fans because he wasn't a good enough hire.
