That looked just like my ankle a few years ago when I fractured my fibula and dislocated my ankle. My foot was completely offset from my ankle and rotated 90 degrees. I know exactly how he feels. When you just see it yourself, you just get a rush of pain and emotions. The most painful part after surgery was the firery sensation of the nerves trying to heal back after the damage. Good luck Fitz
