Whatever happens, expect Mullen to get a raise. There will be sooooooo many jobs open at the end of this year. A few of them will be able to muster big, big money. State may not be able to match the big money, but I can pretty much guarantee that we will lose Mullen if we feel we can stand pat.

I think the biggest hold that we have on Mullen is that next year's team appears to be loaded for bear. It will be hard to leave that to start a rebuilding job somewhere else.
