i think we have a lot of kids who don't remember how bad state was before mullen. in the preceding decade before mullen they averaged 4 wins a season. even less per season if you go back 7 or 8 years instead of 9 or 10.
it's actually more impressive than what franklin did at vandy.
bama, auburn, lsu, ole miss and a&m have all had more talent than state during mullens tenure. no one wants to play at state. most years arkansas had more talent.
