To his credit he has hit a few good ones too. AJ Derby being convinced to move to tight end is literally the only reason he is still playing football. I think Froholdt ends up playing o-line in the NFL.

But yeah. He does way too much of this shite. I don't understand this approach of trying to mold people to your system rather than mold your system to your people. It's failed. Entirely.
