I ordered a site set aside for building my new house. Doesn't mean it was built in 2017.

Revisionists. You were founded in the 1880's

There is a difference between established, authorized and opened.

I'm sorry that you are completely ignorant about how your own college came into existence. You were federally funded. The University of Texas and the state legislature had to wait to open the University of Texas until the land set aside for the University of Texas came into being, the grazing rights and such funding the state of Texas' University of Texas. Which later evolved into oil wells on land owned by the University of Texas.

You attend what was the Yankee federal government's Texas ag school, funded by sale of land in Colorado.
