This is my perspective. Fromm didn't need to throw more because the game plan played out to near perfection; hard to argue with 41 to nothing.

Also, regarding Pass #14, on a short pass you simply throw it right to the receiver; there was no reason for Fromm to lead Godwin that much on that short slant pass so I see that missed connection on Fromm. I don't believe in that "throw to the spot" crap especially on a short pass when the ball is only in the air about a second or two.

You are correct. A slant should be thrown quick and hard just outside the receiver's number. No more than a 12 inch lead.
