I compare Austin to surgeons I work with. I don't mind if your an a-hole, but have excellent skills. But if you suck at what your doing and an a-hole, then

Our O line is hot buttered shite with the exception of Ragnow. Allen has little to no time to do his job, before someone is hammering him.

That being said, AA didn't learn shite from his brother. His lack of leadership may be making the O line problems worse.

I don't know what Bielema's style is, but there are whole groups that need their asses motivated to do better, or they need to watch from the sidelines. I'd rather see the ones who want to give their all, and the freshmen lose games than these guys.
